Is there an age restriction?

The control pressures on the control columns are quite high due to the original design. Children can hardly move these control columns. We therefore do not allow children under 12 to sit in the pilot seats. However, they are welcome to sit in the so-called “observer seat”, the observation seat, directly behind the captain.
